A Turkish wedding photographer, Onur Albayrak, pounced on his client and beat him up after he hired him to take pictures of him as he got married to a 15-year-old girl at Malatya’s Turgut Özal Nature Park.
Albayrak punched the nose of his client and unapologetically admitted to getting him injured after he discovered the bride was only 15-year-old.
The photographer who apparently couldn't stand child abuse took to his Facebook to own up the reports saying: “Yes, the reports are correct. A child bride means child abuse, and no force in the world can make me photograph a child as a bride.
“The groom had come to my studio some two weeks ago and was alone. I saw the bride for the first time at the wedding. She’s a child, and I felt her fear because she was trembling. The groom attacked me as I was leaving,” reported the photographer.
He has since become an internet sensation after his story broke and has garnered so much admiration from several users especially people who advocate for an end to child abuse.
A similar incident happened in Nigeria earlier this week where a man took to Facebook to reject a self-acclaimed pastor who according to him, forcefully married his 17-year-old sister without informing any member of the public.
As expected, the news also sparked massive outrage across the social media as people wondered what kind of pastor would get married to a girl without informing her family.
